“Wonder is the beginning of wisdom.” -Socrates

Life’s journey is a tapestry of challenges, transitions, and moments of profound insight. As a therapist, I believe that healing is possible even when the path feels uncertain or difficult. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and curiosity, inviting individuals, couples, and families to explore their unique stories and rediscover meaning in their lives.

I see therapy as a shared journey where we make sense of life’s complexities together. I draw from systemic, narrative, and mindfulness-based frameworks, tailoring each session to the individual or relational dynamic in front of me. I practice from a collaborative feminist and trauma-informed lens. By honoring your lived experiences, I aim to co-create a space where understanding, acceptance, and transformation can unfold.

My clinical interests include:

Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health: Supporting families during the critical early years through attachment-informed care.

Perinatal Planning and Mood Disorders: Assisting individuals and couples through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting transitions.

Adolescents and Neurodivergence: Embracing the complexities of teenage development and the diverse ways neurodivergent minds experience the world.

Safe Space for Traditional, Alternative, and Eclectic Spiritualities: Integrating spiritual exploration for those seeking meaning within traditional frameworks and beyond.

I am a gender-affirming, kink and sex-positive, and queer-affirming therapist. Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with my family in the beautiful forests of Oregon, reading, and deepening my astrology practice. I am dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for clients from all walks of life. Let’s uncover the stories that shape you, illuminate hidden strengths, and rediscover hope and possibility together.
